Good work is a team thing.
Here’s a little of how we think.

What I enjoy about digital marketing is that the audience always has the final say. An idea can look great in a deck, but does it make someone stop, click or care? That’s the bit I love figuring out—connecting the creative with what people actually respond to.

Divyajot Singh

Senior Lead, Digital Marketing

Sometimes the most useful question in the room is, “But why would anyone care?” For me, good strategy starts there. I like finding the thought that makes a business easier to understand, then turning it into content that sounds like a person, not a presentation.

Sushant Sharma

Senior Director, Strategy, Growth & Content

My favourite part is when a design starts behaving like a real website. The small interactions, the way it feels on your phone, the button that does exactly what you expect. There’s a lot going on behind the screen. The goal is to make it all feel effortless.

Senior Frontend Developer

I want this to be a place where you can ask a better question, disagree with an idea and make the work stronger because of it. Good design isn’t one person having all the answers. It’s people who care enough to keep looking, until the right idea starts to take shape.

The application process

A few steps.
No guessing games.

01

Send your work.

Fill in the form, add your CV and portfolio links, and tell us what you’d like to do.

02

Have a conversation.

If there’s a potential fit, the next step is a call about your experience, interests, availability and expectations.

03

Talk through the craft.

Walk through your work with the team. If a task is needed, clarify its scope, time commitment and payment before starting.

04

Get the details.

If it’s a match, review the written offer: compensation, location, joining date, probation and notice terms.

Good to know.

Yes, use the internship or general application option. Share college or personal projects and explain your contribution.

Location and work arrangements depend on the opportunity. Share your current city and discuss this before progressing.

Your application reaches us once you send the prepared email. If there’s a suitable opportunity, we can contact you using the details you provide. There is no guaranteed response timeline for general applications.

Email your introduction and work links directly to shagun@dotandcirclecreativelabs.com. Let us know if you need an adjustment to participate in an interview.

Your next chapter could start
with a simple “hello”.

A little good luck. Give it a gentle nudge.
